RCSI are now accepting applications for two master's courses: MSc Loss & Bereavement and MSc Loss & Bereavement (Clinical Practice).
These are Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) courses run in association with Irish Hospice Foundation (IHF). They are designed to equip professionals who encounter bereavement or loss in their roles with the core contemporary knowledge and skills to provide appropriate grief supports in their communities, workplaces, and professional practices.
Applications are invited from professionals working in healthcare, social services, counselling, education, HR, and other roles where emotional well-being and compassionate care are essential.

Open Evening
Attend an online Open Evening on Thursday, March 27 at 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. You will meet some of the lecturers and a past student, as well as the programme director and support staff. You will be introduced to the library and other resources, and receive information about the programme outline, assignments, and timetable. There will be space for your questions at the end.
The School of Postgraduate Studies is the conduit for fourth level education at RCSI, overseeing higher degrees (PhD, MD, MCh and MSc) by research, postdoctoral training and workshops for supervisors and thesis examiners.
Furthermore, RCSI oversee the taught Masters programmes within the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. The College strives to ensure that all these activities are carried out to the highest standards and that appropriate codes of practice are followed.
